Terms and Conditions for Decorum App

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING Decorum App (the "App"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE APP.

1. License Grant

1.1. License. Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Floodgate Games, LLC ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2. Restrictions. You shall not, directly or indirectly: (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by applicable laws; (c) remove any proprietary notices or labels from the App; (d) distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the App; (e) exploit the App in any unauthorized way, such as through unauthorized access, hacking, or other means; (f) use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1. Privacy. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

3. Ownership

3.1. Ownership. The App and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Licensor and its licensors. The structure, organization, and code of the App are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Licensor and its licensors.

4. Updates

4.1. Updates. Licensor may, from time to time, release updates to the App. You agree to promptly install and use the latest version of the App provided by Licensor.

5. Termination

5.1. Termination. This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

5.2. App Shutdown. Licensor reserves the right to shut down the App, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice or liability.

6. Changes to Monetize Features

6.1. Monetization. Licensor may, at its discretion, make changes to the App, including the introduction of new paid features or subscription plans. Such changes may require payment for access or use of certain features, and Licensor reserves the right to determine the pricing, terms, and availability of such features.

7. Changes to this Agreement

7.1. Changes to Agreement. Licensor reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time without notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Agreement. Your continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1. Disclaimers. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

8.2. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

9. Governing Law

9.1. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not use the App.
